The SimMall website (“Website”) and SimMall mobile application (“App”) are operated by fourstand Limited (“fourstand”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Your use of this Website and App (including the purchase of goods and services through the Website) is governed by these Terms of Service. By using the Website and App, you accept these terms and agree to be bound by them. You must also ensure that all persons who access the Website and App through your network connection are aware of and comply with these Terms of Service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The revised terms will be indicated by an updated “Last Revised Date” at the bottom of the page. Please read these terms carefully and check them periodically.

These Terms of Service may be translated into other languages for reference. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and any other language version, the English version shall prevail.

Access, Registration and Use

  1. You are responsible for arranging your own means of accessing the Website and App, including but not limited to internet access.
  2. We may restrict some or all of the Website and App content to registered users only, and we reserve the right to charge registered users a fee for access. We may at any time add, change or cancel such restrictions or charging provisions.

  1. We make reasonable efforts to maintain the Website, App and their content, but they may contain incomplete, outdated, erroneous or inaccurate information.
  2. We reserve the right at any time, without notice, to expand, modify, suspend or discontinue all or any part of the Website, App and content.
  3. We do not guarantee that the Website, App content or servers are free of viruses or other malicious software. You bear the risk of damage to your devices.

Products and Transactions

  1. The content on the Website and App does not constitute an offer by us (or, where applicable, our affiliates/partners) to provide goods or services to you. Your order constitutes an offer, and a contract is formed only after we accept the order in writing (paper or electronic form). We reserve the right to refuse any order.
  2. All complaints, claims, inquiries or customer service issues regarding goods and services must be submitted through the designated channels on the Website and App.

  4. All goods and services are subject to availability. If an order exceeds available stock, we reserve the right to adjust quantities sold or refuse part or all of the order.
  5. Purchase of certain goods or services requires the user to have reached the legal age of majority and to provide sufficient personal information as required.
  6. We reserve the right to unilaterally adjust prices, settlement currencies and/or delivery terms at any time without notice, and shall not be liable to you or any third party for such changes.
  7. You may choose or use a third-party payment gateway designated by us to complete payment. We are not responsible for any losses arising from the use of third-party payment gateways (such as payment failures, duplicate charges, malware attacks, etc.).
  8. Subject to our policies, the issuing bank or payment gateway policies, you may choose to pay in a non-default currency, but any exchange rate differences or additional fees shall be borne by you.
  9. We do not guarantee that prices or settlement currencies are free from technical errors or delayed updates. If an error occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to correct it.
  10. After each successful transaction, the system will automatically generate an order number. If you do not receive it, please contact us promptly.
  11. Goods or services may not be used for illegal or unauthorized purposes, nor may they violate the laws of your location (such as copyright laws). Dissemination of viruses or destructive code is prohibited.
  12. We reserve the right to refuse any order and to limit the quantity of purchases per individual/household/order (including orders under the same account, credit card or delivery address). If we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided. We may restrict orders that appear to be from resellers or distributors.
  13. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date account and transaction information (such as nickname, email, mobile number, credit card details, etc.) to enable us to complete the transaction and contact you.

  1. All content on the Website and App is protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights owned by fourstand, its affiliates, partners or content providers.
  2. All logos, brand names, product names, service names and trade names are registered or unregistered trademarks of us or the relevant parties and may not be used without written permission.

Termination
